Infant/Child (Rear to Forward Facing), 18 of 21 failed = 86%
3 in 1 (Rear/Forward/Booster), 2 of 2 failed = 100%
Child Booster (Forward/Booster), 10 of 15 failed = 67%
Booster Only, 2 of 15 failed = 13%
Undetermined seat type, 8 of 15 failed = 53%
Excluding booster only seats, an overall failure rate of 70% was observed.
